Spotify cracked? Here’s how to solve

Many Spotify users are receiving, from yesterday’s Day, an email of this tenor:

Dear User: We detected an abnormal activity on the app you’re using, so we disabled it. Don’t worry: Your Spotify account is secure. To access your Spotify account, simply uninstall any unauthorized or modified version of Spotify and download and install the Spotify app from the official Google Play Store. If you need more help, please check out our support article on reinstalling Spotify. If we detect repeated use of unauthorized apps in violation of our terms, we reserve all rights, including suspending or deleting your account.  Thank you for choosing Spotify!

Well, most likely you are not using an original version of Spotify: In fact the company has announced a campaign to users with a version of Spotify not original and not correctly purchased; In fact many websites offer modified apk of Spotify that eliminate the advertising but that still do not allow the downloading of the songs, what managed and encrypted server side.

A question remains: how to solve?

The solution exists, does not require special skills and is accessible by all. Below are the workarounds:

  • Re-Install Spotify and use the free version
  • Subscribe to Spotify Premium free for the first month, then to €9.99 monthly
  • Use the culture Bonus to get your subscription
  • Read our article dedicated: Spotify: Here are the best free alternatives

In the past, Spotify Premium was also offered by Vodafone, and is currently offered a competitor service for 6 months.
